1. Definitions

• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
• "Service" refers to the Payday SaaS billing application.
• "Subscription" means the paid access to the features of the Service under the selected plan.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
• Use the Service in compliance with the laws of Malaysia.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information.
• Safeguarding your account credentials.
• All activities under your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

Our subscription plans include:

• Basic Plan: USD 49/month.
• Billing Cycle: Monthly in advance.
• Taxes: Applicable Malaysian SST will be added.
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime, but refunds are not provided.

5. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
• Modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the software.
• Infringe any intellectual property rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and materials provided through the Service are owned by or licensed to Payday.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process your data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising due to your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms, required by law, or if the Service is discontinued.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Malaysian courts.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after amendments constitutes acceptance.
